Memorandum Monday

Not the best of photos but this little scene has cheered me up after hospital visits last week. A game of Wildlife Adventure with your mum and uncle almost ending in tears. Something I have learnt? Put two of my children together and their competitive spirit can still take over. Thankfully the youngest did forgive her mum in the end!

Memorandum Monday

The weather was glorious on Saturday and felt like spring was on the way which encouraged us to go out to a nature reserve for a walk Sunday morning before going on to our son's for lunch. Lesson learnt? Do not take anything for granted. The wind was freezing and the ground so water-logged it was not a very pleasant walk and turning up with muddy shoes not ideal when being giving the tour of a new home.

I was away visiting family at the weekend so unable to join in with Shimelle's Online Scrapbooking Weekend. The challenges are still open until Sunday so do go over and have a look.
I loved this photo of my son and granddaughter so printed out a large photo for one of the challenges. The layout does come together quickly, just what I like.

The weekend has been spent with two special people and I have learnt one scary fact, I am getting old.

I also learnt the names of some Disney Princesses which came in useful while watching Pointless tonight.
